PKD patient with A fib episode

A 56 -year-old woman is seen in clinic for rapid heart beat -. She has a family history of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD):- she is on losartan 25 mg for BP - EKG shows rapid A fib with HR of 110. BP 130/90 . . Her physical examination is unremarkable except for the presence of palpable kidneys. She has a normal neurological exam. Her serum creatinine is 0.9 mg/dl. Her cardiologist examined her CHAD score and opined that she needs to be started on anticoagulation. NEXT STEP IN MANAGMENT IS follows.
A. obtain MRI of brain to screen for aneurysm
B. start blood thinner for anticaogulation
C. refer to EP for Ablation procedure
D. check for 2 echo to rule out blood clots in heart.
